Program Highlights
The following highlights some of the programs coordinated by the Iota Phi Foundation. We coordinated a variety of impactful programs, including college readiness initiatives like the Sylvester Pace HBCU Tour, youth mentorship, workforce development, cultural enrichment experiences, and community-focused fundraising events.
Scholarship Program
The student scholarship program offered by the Iota Phi Foundation provides financial assistance to deserving students, empowering them to pursue higher education and achieve their academic goals.
Sylvester Pace HBCU Tour
The Sylvester Pace HBCU Tour offers 11th-grade students from the Greater Pittsburgh Area a transformative opportunity to explore Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
Carter G. Woodson Academy
The Carter G. Woodson Academy is a Saturday program led by African American male teachers, offering a culturally-relevant curriculum. The program engages them in interactive activities and projects, while highlighting Carter G. Woodson’s impact on African American history and culture.
